I read always only the differences between Google Plus and Facebook, but Google Plus is only a product from Google.
Facebook is not Google, but Google have the sames functions as Facebook!
The best is you can do all what you want with only 1 Account on Tablet, Phone or Computer/Notebook….
So if you use Facebook you need some more Accounts if you use the products correct. Facebook have not a Cloud, not so a good Calendar function, you can not read all news with one click on news tab or feed reader…..

Facebook war wiedermal auf Einkaufstour. Dieses mal haben sie eine Reisetipp-Software namens Nextstop samt Datebanken gekauft um das Angebot zu erweitern. Dieses kommt im September online.
Das Startup wurde 2008 von drei Ex-Google Mitarbeitern gegründet und soll in Facebook integriert werden.
Nextstop ist heuer die vierte Übernahme von Facebook. Octazen, DivvyShot und ShareGrove wurden im ersten Halbjahr 2010 gekauft. Zusätzliche Software bringen dem Unternehmen mitlerweile Einnahmen in dreistelliger Millionenhöhe pro Jahr.
